Add the required logo for the other node
To display a logo of the remote site with the harvested metadata records, you will have to store a logo in the \web\images\logos folder and add a reference to it in the sources.xml by duplicating a source element set. Make sure you use the same unique site ID! Refer to exercise 2 for instructions on how to add a logo.
Initial harvest and check

The harvesting interval was set to 60 seconds. This is not an advisable frequency ;) but is useful for the initial harvesting. After a first harvest has been completed, GeoNetwork opensource should be stopped (by stopping Jetty), the time interval should be adjusted and the application be restarted. Browse to your GeoNetwork homepage and perform a search. Depending on your harvesting settings, you may have to log in using an account with the necessary privileges |
